minibook

so i've been thinking about minis a lot lately and while my kids were taking a nap today, i cranked out a little book for fun. i'm not sure what i'm going to do with it but it's all ready to be filled. here's what i did:

cut some cardboard down to 6x6 - i used 3 pieces
cut one 12x12 piece of white cardstock into two strips of 6x12
scored and folded the paper to 6x6
adhered the cardstock to the cardboard interior pages (not cover and back) so that the pieces are joined and held together by the paper

attached a piece of gaffer tape from the cover to the back across the binding lengthwise (just two little pieces)

attached a piece of 6x6 paper to the front and back cover, hiding the
tape

added some other bits and inked the edges

the cover is missing a little something but i haven't decided just what exactly....it's a pretty small book - only 4 interior white pages, but i like it! i haven't done a lot lately and it made me happy to make this in really no time at all... :) not to mention that i finally got my hands on some of that awesome 7gypsies paper and was itching to use it!

happy creating!
